Referee's report by Joseph Larmor, on a paper 'The forces acting on a charged condensor moving through space' by Frederick Thomas Trouton and H R Noble Sectional Committee: Physics and Chemistry Recommended for publication in Philosophical Transactions. There is a large block of astronomical formulae in the middle of the paper but he does not think this should be omitted. A footnote has been suggested in pencil [on the original manuscript], relating to the theory. All the illustrations should be reproduced. No general remarks given.
