<dc:title>Referee's report by Dukinfield Henry Scott, on a paper 'On the anatomy of the Julianiaceae considered from the systematic point of view' by Felix Eugen Fritsch</dc:title>
  <dc:description>Sectional Committee: Botany

Not recommended for publication in the 'Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society'. Subject is too specialised. Could form a sequel to William Botting Hemsley's paper [On the julianiaceæ, a new natural order of plants, Proc. B, Vol.78, 1906, DOI: 10.1098/rspb.1906.0059]. If published, should be in a fuller form than the abstract. A modified version of the introduction would make an appropriate paper for the Proceedings, along with a few chosen illustrations. The main descriptive part of the paper would be suited to the publications of the Linnean Society, or a specifically botanical journal.
