<dc:title>Referee's report by Joseph Larmor, on a paper 'On the discharge of negative electricity from hot calcium and from lime' by Frank Horton</dc:title>
  <dc:description>Sectional Committee: Physics and Chemistry

Recommended for publication in the 'Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society'. The paper acts as a sequel to previous papers published in the Philosophical Transactions by Owen Willans Richardson and Harold A Wilson. This new paper does not add much, but the experiments were 'difficult and worth doing'. Suggests condensing as it tends to repeat, including the abstract. The author has indicated where the tables could be condensed on the draft manuscript.
