Referee's report by William Thomson, Lord Kelvin, on a paper 'On induced and other magnetic forces' by William Snow Harris Not recommended for publication in the 'Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society'. No new results are put forward in the paper. 'I think the author would not desire its publication' if he was aware of the laws of magnetism as they are curently understood.
