<dc:title>Referee's report by Thomas Henry Havelock, on a paper 'Stability of a viscous liquid contained between two rotating cylinders' by Geoffrey Ingram Taylor</dc:title>
  <dc:description>Sectional Committee: Mathematics

Recommended for publication in the 'Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society'. Considers one of the other referees to have offered 'adverse criticism' [possibly RR/28/22 by Henry Reginald Arnulph Mallock], and provides some remarks in return. Believes the ciritcism may have come from a misunderstanding of the introduction to the paper.
