The title of the paper is misleading. The paper does not deal with modern quantum mechanics, instead dealing with the problem in a classical physics style. Refers to work of George William Hill and George Howard Darwin. The results should be published somewhere, suggests an astronomical journal or the Transactions of the Royal Society of Canada.
