<dc:title>Referee's report by William Robin Thompson, on a paper 'A hormone causing pupation in the blowfly calliphora erythrocephala' by Gottfried Fraenkel</dc:title>
  <dc:description>Sectional committee: Zoology

Not recommended for publication in its present form. The paper is 'carelessly and baldy written' and the author doesn't seem to be properly acquainted with the literature surrounding this subject. The experiments are crude - the effects of the experiment haven't been properly studied so it is impossible to know what happened. The idea of the paper is not new and thr work recorded in it's support is unsatisfactory.
