<dc:title>Referee's report by Arthur Stanley Eddington, on a paper 'A relativistic basis of the quantum theory III' by H T Flint</dc:title>
  <dc:description>Sectional committee: Mathematics

Recommended for publication in Proceedings, in full. The work appears incomplete, but is put forward as a step towards a fuller theory. A good deal of the paper is 'on the right lines' and it shows 'considerable power and insight'. The paper is clearly written and no omission or alterations is needed.
