<dc:title>Referee's report by Edmund Taylor Whittaker, on a paper 'Linear transformations of sequences' by Richard Rado</dc:title>
  <dc:description>Sectional Committee: Mathematics

Not recommended for publication in the 'Proceedings of the Royal Society of London' in its present state. Refers to the Communicator Godfrey Harold Hardy. Will not use the printed report sheet right now, instead hopes the paper will come back in an amended form later, when the formal sheet will be used. Suggests that manuscripts presented for reviewing should be in a fit state. Notes areas which require improvement, including use of language and fonts. The manuscript would require rewriting if the points of issue are to be addressed.
