<dc:title>Referee's report by Thomas Smith, on a paper 'Photoelectric measurements of the luminous efficiency of daylight' by William Ringrose Gelston Atkins and H H Poole</dc:title>
  <dc:description>Sectional Committee: Physics

Recommended for publication in the 'Proceedings of the Royal Society of London', in the B section due to its interest for agricultural research, although Proceedings A might be where those looking for technical details would turn. Suggests modifying the title, as the title as it stands would require the paper to be rewritten from a physical perspective. Is not sure if the authors have the inclination to undertake a work satisfactory to physicists.
