<dc:title>Second referee's report by Francis John Worsley Roughton, on a paper 'The relations between surface pH, ion concentrations and interfacial tension' by James Frederic Danielli</dc:title>
  <dc:description>Sectional Committee: Zoology

Recommended for publication in the 'Proceedings of the Royal Society of London'. Still feels the author should be more cautios regarding the theoretical section, and state at the beginning that there is not sufficient knowledge to deal with the problem. This is to prevent biologists, not up to date on this theory, putting too much faith in it.
