Still cannot follow the reasoning. Outlines criticism of the mathematics and the reasoning. Depending on the assumptions made, the results are of limited applicability. Refers to work of Homi Jehangir Bhabha and Walter Heinrich Heitler. In his opinion, other work by the author, Lev Davydovitch Landau, is 'brilliant, nearly always right, and nearly always obscure and often incomprehensible. I have no doubt that I have missed some point in the argument; but I think this is the authors' fault'.
