<dc:title>Referee's report by John Mellanby, on a paper 'The secretion of protein material in the parasympathetic submaxillary saliva' by G O Langstroth, D R McRae and G W Stavraky</dc:title>
  <dc:description>Sectional Committee: Physiology

Recommended for publication in the 'Proceedings of the Royal Society of London'. The paper is confused and difficult to read, containing excessive amounts of detail and tedious discussion. The method of chemical analysis is good. Experimental data should have been obtained for a greater range of animals.
