<dc:title>Memoranda, on a paper 'Shower production by penetrating cosmic rays' by Alfred Charles Bernard Lovell</dc:title>
  <dc:description>Sectional Committee: Physics

Recommended for publication in the 'Proceedings of the Royal Society of London'. Alfred Charles Glyn Egerton thinks the paper can be passed without referee. The Communicator Patrick Maynard Stuart Blackett, Baron Blackett of Chelsea thinks it should go through quickly, as the paper clears up many things and would 'help prevent wasted work by others'. Richard Whiddington agrees to acceptance of the paper without referee if the paper is urgent, otherwise suggests Evan James Williams.
