Diffraction by an infinite wedge' by Frederick Gerard Friedlander to The Royal Society Communicates the paper for publication. He doesn't think there will be any issues with regard to 'national interest', but he supposes the Society will ask some government departments their opinion. The 'civil defense people' are most likely to be interested in the paper, as will the Ministry of Supply. Includes copy of both paper's summary.
