Referee's report by Philip Burton Moon, on a paper 'On the theory of electrical fluctuations' by R Fürth Sectional committee: Physics Recommended for publication. It is an excellent contribution to a discussion that has been going on for some years. It is long, but cannot be shortened without detriment. It's important that the paper be read before a Society whose members have a special interest in the subject. It may be better if the paper were published by the Physical Society instead.
