Thinks the discussion should be primarily verbal, with papers printed together. Suggests the paper by R Fürth be sent to the Physical Society, where much of the discussion has taken place and been printed in their Proceedings. Suggests the paper by David Keith Chalmers Macdonald be sent to some society, most appropriately the Physical Society, for reading and subsequent discussion. If the papers are to be published by the Royal Society, the defence of Harry Nyquist should be shortened.
