Letter from William Lawrence Bragg, on four papers by William Keith Burton, Nicolás Cabrera and Frederick Charles Frank, to David Brunt, Secretary of the Royal Society Paper reference code: A52-A55 Bragg writes suggesting potential referees for the papers including Alan Herries Wilson, Geoffrey Ingram Taylor and Rudolf Peierls. Suggests that 'of course the ideal referee would be [Nevill Francis] Mott himself, who has communicated this paper'. Concludes: 'Hartree and I both feel strongly that these results ought to be in one paper in the Philosophical Transactions. It could be in Parts I and II so that the contributions of the authors are clear, but the story ought to be a single connected whole.'
