<dc:title>Letter from John William Mallet, to George Gabriel Stokes, regarding a paper 'Revision of the atomic weight of aluminum' by John William Mallet</dc:title>
<dc:description>Is not gratified to hear the decision of the Council regarding publication of the paper. Agrees to the change of title. Regarding the recommendation to omit the reference to Joseph Norman Lockyer, does not currently have access to a copy of the manuscript, and cannot recall the reference in question. Due to family illness, recommends printing the paper as it is, as he currently does not have the resources to undertake alterations to the manuscript. The additional small paper can be printed in small type.
