Reports that [Herbert] J Fleure has been put forward as one referee, and [Henry] Balfour, [Charles Gabriel] Seligman, and [Wilfrid Edward] Le Gros Clark have been suggested as the second referee. Asks Woodward's opinion on this. Woodward recommends [Martin Alister Campbell] Hinton as the first referee, and Fleure as the second.
