Copy letter from A V H [Archibald Vivian Hill] to [Edgar Johnson] Allen, regarding a paper 'On the nature and permeability of Chitin, III - The nature and origin of the membranes surrounding the developing eggs of Homarus vulgaris' by [Charles Maurice] Yonge Paper reference code: B.121 States that the second referee is also 'entirely against publication'. Sends abstracts from both referees [James Gray and David Keilin], who came to their conclusions independently [see RR/W/5/66]. Recommends the paper be withdrawn, and that Allen has 'a talk with Yonge sometime about what he is doing'.
