However, this paper is a 'more precise repetition' of a previous paper by the same authors, published in the Physical Review (1936. 50, 860). Thinks it may be more logical for this paper to be published in the Physical Review, and suggests the question of why it was submitted to the Royal Society be raised with the authors.
