The paper contains little information that isn't already known, and the experiments should have been carried out more systematically to make their results useful. Hora's [?Sunder Lal Hora] observations are not 'of sufficient value to merit any discussion'. Krogh would like the author to be told his name so that he might enter into a corresponence with him.
