Eccles summarises the meeting for the minutes, commencing with business, including: the naming of those members who had not attended a meeting in the session; the continuance of T.R. Elliott as a member; subscription rates; the election of the new Treasurer and thanks to the retiring one; and the golden wedding anniversary of Sir Richard and Lady Glazebrook.
