<dc:title>Letter from Arthur Farre, 18 Albert Mansions, Victoria Street, to Admiral Sir Geo H [George Henry] Richards</dc:title>
<dc:description>Farre has received a note from Gwyn Jeffreys, adjourning the anniversary meeting of the Royal Society Club until 14 November, giving Farre an opportunity to attend. He has been unable to attend because of a severe accident and Jeffreys had asked him to pay his subscription to Richards. This he did, expecting a card of meeting dates, which he did not receive, therefore depriving him of the chance of attending the July meeting of the Club. This leaves him only the October meeting in which to conform to the rules, which he is anxious to do; he again requests a card. </dc:description>
