Letter from Herbert Rix, the Royal Society, Burlington House, London, to R H [Robert Henry] Scott President and Council have granted permission for the Royal Society Club archives to be deposited in Burlington House. Because the box in which they are contained is itself of historical value, the whole might be contained in a tin case, to protect it from the damp air which penetrates in the winter months. 15 March 1892
