<dc:title>Letter from John W Judd, 31 Ennerdale Road, Kew, to [John Whitaker] Hulke</dc:title>
<dc:description>The enclosed list [not present] is correct with two exceptions. He notes the sums to be shared, saying that the Philosophical Club should be fined for not coming in greater numbers. He gives a breakdown of an equitable division of costs between the Philosophiical Club and the Royal Society Club [for a joint dinner] and he will send a cheque if it meets with Hulke's approval. The evening was pleasant and an experiment which might be repeated, perhaps even as an annual event.</dc:description>
