Macgregor to dine, as advisor to the Sudan Government on irrigation. Macgregor could speak about the new Blue Nile Dam. Lyons has a guest already, whom he could put off if necessary. With a pencil note stating that Lyons was asked by telephone to invite Macgregor in Swinton's name, Swinton being ill. Sir William Hardy would officiate. 2 November 1925
