He carries his notebook, waterflask, hat, geological hammers, stick and pistol. His pockets and collecting satchel are full of specimens. His setting is an outcrop of Galapagos volcanic rock with the accompanying fauna of marine iguanas, crabs and a Darwin finch. 2001
