<dc:title>Letter from Thomas Gold to Dr John Wood, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, 60 Garden Street, Cambridge, Massachusetts</dc:title>
<dc:description>Enclosed letter from Dr Duke makes clear that there is a slight confusion. They did not know that Wood neded their samples.

They now have an excellent photometer working and would like to do accurate polarimetry with it, important because they know the size distribution to vary in the core. This will take another one and a half months. If Wood can wait that long Gold would prefer to keep the samples until the job is done. Asks Wood to let him know how he is fixed.</dc:description>
