GHold assumes that this is still the case; McGowan's lecture did not mention anything of as lowly a nature as fee and expenses. He would really prefer to come on the Friday evening only and to go to the Shakespeare performance of Othello on Saturday. Perhaps he could arrange for accommodation in London for Friday and Saturday night, double room, and also reserve two good seats for them for Saturday night. 19 September 1973
