Letter from Thomas Gold to Dr John Naugle, Associate Administrator, Space Sciences, NASA Headquarters, Washington DC Enquiring about the staus of Gold's proposal 'Analysis of Lunar Data from Lunar Orbiter and Apollo Missions', under the Lunar Data Evaluation Program. It is a proposal relating to a clss of lunar surface features that are prominent but that have received no attention except by Gold (and a surprised mention by the CSM pilot of Apollo 16 or 17). Asks if this proposal is to receive scrutiny from an outside group, of if it has merely been sent for rejection to the normal team. 4 March 1974
