<dc:title>Letter from Thomas Gold to Dr L J Strike, Lunar and Planetary Institute, 3303 NASA Road 1, Houston, Texas</dc:title>
<dc:description>Gold would love to come to the Magnetism Conference in November, but unfortunately has an important engagement just for those days.

He considers the comet imprinting process of mangetisation a major contender, and would regret very much if this process were not aired there. His colleague, Steve Soter, who worked with Gold on this subject, could probably go and pesent a paper. However, they no longer have NASA funds, and would need to find a way to cover his travel expenses. </dc:description>
