<dc:title>Letter from Thomas Gold to Mr L Rittenberg, AVCO-Everett Research Laboratory, 2385 Revere Beach Parkway, Everett, Massachusetts</dc:title>
<dc:description>Gold has discussed the problems raised with the Cornell authorities - the Associate Vice President for Research and administrator of academic funding. There is no problem whatever with any agreement Gold might make with AVCO. Cornell will take no interest beyond (a) seeing of course that there is no conflict with Government contracts; (b) assuring that Gold stays on the right side of the private consulting rules (copy enclosed) which presents no problems whatever.

He is enclosing a copy of his proposed testimony, which will appear in the Congressional Record. </dc:description>
