  <dc:description>Regarding an error in the preprint of Dr Friedland's paper, 'Trapped Radiation Shells and Cosmic Ray Cutoffs in Models of the Magnetosphere'.  Says that he should quote the 'past affiliation' in his paper as the Center for Radiophysics and Space Research (CRSR) and not the Department of Physics because it was the former which had the contract under which the work was funded.  Hopes that Dr Friedland will correct this error.</dc:description>
