Letter from Thomas Gold to Astronaut Photog[raphy] Members Says that he is including a recommendation in a report to the PSAC Space Panel as originating from their sub-panel. Says that he thinks that the recommendation reflects the discussions the sub-panel have been having. The recommendation is that NASA consider lunar photography by astronauts as a major distinct item in their planning, and that the design of equipment brought etc. be under the supervision of a highly qualified group. 29 February 1968
