Letter from Thomas Gold to Dr Paul Gast, Lamont Geological Observatory of Columbia University, Palisades, New York Says that he was interested in Dr Gast's note in 'Science', which is similar to his own note, a minority report on the Surveyor Committee. Says that his note was to have been published but was accidentally withdrawn. Also says that 'Gault and the others' rejected his note declaring that it was 'absurd' to say that the basis for 'differentiation on the Moon' was doubtful. 28 February 1968
