Has asked Apps for his view as to the winding of the neew coil so as to get more quantity with a somewhat reduced spark and in reply he sent him the enclosed letter [enclosure not present]. Maintains that the letter nakes nervous suggestions. Proposes his approach to circumvent the problem, detailing methods. |
