DescriptionReports that the Eiffel Tower apparently no longer sends a message at 5pm, as it previously did. States that they send a weather report every afternoon at 5pm, summer time, but as summer time ceases at 3am on the following Monday, so that next Monday afternoon, 25 October, the Eiffel Tower should send at 4 o'clock. Enquires if it suits Sir Henry to come with his friends to 40 Chester Square, on the 25th, a few minutes before 4. Informs he cannot attend the meeting at the Athenaeum as he has to go to the National Physical Laboratory for a meeting of the Executive Committtee.
