Suggests that a copy be sent to each member of the Advisory Committee for approval, and that when approval is obtained from all of the members, McMichael should either sign the letter on behalf of the Advisory Committee or get the new President to do so. Enquires whether McMichael has obtained permission to transmit on a 1, 000 meter wave, as he is hoping to make a similar application himself.
