Description | Informs he has an interview with Mr Morse in relation to the situation at Scarborough, relaying he was told that the two years under the Temporary Increase of Charges Order 1918 run from the expiration of a period of air months from the date of the Order in Council which the King has not yet issued delcaring the war to be at an end, as that icannot come now before 30 June 1923. States that if the new Bill before Parliament passes in the present shape, it will enable him to go to the Electricity Commissioners and request revision of prices. Discusses their options at length, including presenting the matter to the Master. Enquires in relation to organising the Annual General Meeting. |
