Notes that the new constitution hinges on the membership of the Royal Society [and without it, the Board will probably be dissolved]. Notes that the President of the Royal Society presided over the meeting of the Conjoint Board and pointed out the changes that have taken place since the Board's creation, and that a resolution was made to ask every Society whether the Board should be continued or not.
