1. Minutes of meeting held on 25 January 1939 at which the project was established confirmed

2. Reference from Council; it was reported that the Council had adopted in principle the report of the previous meeting of the Committee and had asked for an estimate of the expenditure involved, whereupon it was resolved - That a report be made to Council that the Committee estimated the cost to be in the region of £3,500 for 4 volumes of 512 pages each, allowing for editorial and incidental expenses, eg Printing and Binding 4 volumes at £550 per volume, Honorarium of £1000 to Editor, Incidental expenses of £300, Total £3,500

3. New member of Sub-Committee; Resolved that a recommendation be made to Council that Sir Arthur Eddington and Dr H Spencer Jones be asked to serve on the Sub-Committee

4. Newton's Works; A letter from the Koehler Verlag requesting information regarding the publication of Newton's works was considered, and it was agreed that they be informed that the Society is only at the moment considerting the question of the publication of the Newton Correspondence.
