Resolved;

2. Committee considers it inadvisable to continue publication of the 'Edinburgh Starplace Catalogue and Ephemerides' in the form of Vol XIX
3. Publication of only the Astronomical, Meteorological and Physical Observations actually made at the Edinburgh Observatory and the results thereof would lead to considerable savings. Illustrations to be confined to elucidation of the observations; plates 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 12 of Vol XIV not in this category.
