Another application for post of chief observer received from Mr Doberck

Mr Scott reported that the Kew Committee and the Meteorological Council will lend Magnetical and Meteorologicval instruments as needed, on condition of damage being made good. List of instruments from each organisation provided.

' Resolved - next meeting of Committee to be held as soon as written reply form Canada received. '
