Minutes of meeting of 19 April read and confirmed.

Committee considered supplies, equipment, methods of travel and assignment of expenses, including requests to the manager of the Allan Line of Steamers and the President of the Grand Trunk Railway of Canada asking for a remission of the usual charges for extra luggage as the party will be under the auspices of the English and Canadian Governments, and employed on purely scientific work.
