1. Dr Simpson requested to take the Chair
2. Apologies from Professor J H Ashworth for non-attendance, and letter with suggestions which was considered
3. After discussion, it was agreed to ask the Officers fo the Society to discuss the matter with the Committee
4. Lists points on which the Committee woudl like information before further discussion
5. Resolved to ask Officers to keep a tally of the attendance at all meetings during the present sessdion; the tally to be taken at the befinning and end of each meeting, noting separately the number of Fellows attending.
