Minutes of meeting of 28 January 1926 confirmed

Information as requested by previous meeting presented by Secretaries, who also discussed relations with other scientific societie and the possibility of issuing tickets to attend meetings

Resolved that the Council be requested to draft instructions to intending readers (to be sent out with the notices). ' Readers of papers befrore the Royal Society are requested t not to read their papers in full: but to discuss the main purpose of the observations brought forward, and their relatio to the field of knowledge to which they apply: to be brief, particularly in the description of actual experimental work: and to restrict the numer of slides. Exhibits for inspection at the end of the meeting are desirable. '

Next meeting 11 February to consider reporting to Council.
