The Treasurer presented an extract of the minutes of the Acton Estate Committee, full text entered into the minutes: resolved that the Seal of the Royal Society be affixed to a power of attorney authorising Edward Sabine and others to act in respect of a claim of the Royal Society regarding the Acton lands. Application from the Ecole des Mines of Paris for volumes of the Proceedings, the request granted. The Academy of Lausanne was placed on the list of institutions entitled to receive the Proceedings.
