Letter from Thomas Winter of Grantham, presenting a statuette of Isaac Newton, a reduced copy by Mr. Theed, thanks were returned. Letter from Eaton Hodgkinson requesting permission to reprint part of his paper on the strength of pillars of cast iron, granted. Mr. Borrer applied for arrears of the Philosophical Transactions, granted.
